Received delivery right away, which was great since it was a christmas present. Fedex info showed another package needed to be delivered so I called several times with no answers. Finally got response from email. Told them the problem and they assured me everything was there and that I could have it ready to go for christmas. Started building it the weekend before christmas and realized I was correct and not everything was here. Tried getting ahold of them and they replied on facebook. I tried getting them to overnight the remaining items and was told they dont work on saturdays that I would get a tracking number monday. Monday comes and I finally get a tracking number but delivery isnt until after christmas. I got ahold of them again, only through facebook messenger, and the only way I could get it over night delivered isnif I paid, which was their mistake. So I paid and the delivery didnt show up til late christmas eve. I tried to get a refund through fedex for the overnight fee since it didnt make it overnight and was told to go through shipper. Sent them a message and still have not heard back.

Placed the order through Walmart. Had no experience with Abtivan. Still waiting to hear from Walmart on my refund and pick up of the mattress. All very disappointing.

I got a great price and they shipped quick. I got exactly what I ordered with no shipping damage.
