How could this happen? Don’t understand how a new pencil could’ve been broken and it would not turn to show the rest of the stick…???

I dont know if its the sellers fault or not. The box that the item came in was perfectly fine. But the actual item was busted on tye inside. Its like they knewbthe item was broken but still decided to ship it out.

It’s 34 ounces for around $60 which is less than buying the 8 ounce at the salon for $45.

It seems to be the only lightener that lifts my hair without severe damage. It's a little pricey for me so I switch to other lighteners but ultimately came back to this one. It's worth the price.
