Absolutely terrible company and customer service. It is all designed to take your money and leave you with a useless product and no satisfaction guarantee or help in any way. The product I purchased wasn’t compatible with my apartment even though it said it was universally compatible and I didn’t realize till after 30 days when I moved into new apartment and it’s new in box and they still won’t let me get a 75% refund.. Their product is sooooooo complicated. Horrible.

0 stars!! Terrible customer service. I never received the faucet I ordered. I was basically told they are too busy and will ship it eventually. They completely ignored my other 2 messages and instead sent spam emails to get me to buy more from them. Eventually, Walmart gave me a refund since Express Water would not respond to me. Do not buy from this company!
