Item was delivered timely and at a good price point.

I paid $12 for a product I bought from this seller. Not only was the product damaged when I received it, but there was also a markdown sticker on it for $3. I messaged the seller and let them know the product was damaged and asked to be refunded for the difference. The seller sent me an extremely rude message insinuating that the situation was my fault and said if I drove to the store myself (across the country), I could’ve paid the markdown price. They did refund me after this unprofessional response, so I guess they deserve one star. I would not recommend ordering from this seller and will not be doing so in the future.

The package was delivered with it partially opened and my item exposed.
