The owner of this company personally emailed and called me to address a review I had left. To be totally honest, I was pretty disappointed after receiving two iPods because they seemed to be malfunctioning. I called apple to see if they could help troubleshoot the problem, and they did but still we could not get the device to work properly.
Robin (owner of isuperstore) reached out on a Sunday and spent hours of her time to help me figure out what was going on. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with. She figured out that the device was functioning properly. The real problem was an issue with the iCloud account, not the devices. She stands behind her products and will do whatever it takes to take care of her customers. This is a rare thing in the world today. I have a great amount of respect for her and the way she managed my case. I would absolutely purchase another product from her in future and would highly recommend anyone looking for a great refurbished device to feel comfortable they will be taken care of.
I am not a computer wiz, and I can’t explain it properly in detail but this issue that occurred required us to get new devices to remedy the issue. Robbin personally took 2 new/refurbished devices and exchanged them for the ones I originally purchased.
