Don’t buy it! I bought the glasses online what was wonderful! Unfortunately, I decided to go to Walmart Vision Center at Mount Pocono, PA to change the lenses to my prescription. I had the worst experience. They hired a heavy set old blonde woman that had no manners, no training, very rude that should be cleaning the floor not interacting with people at all! She had no customer service training (she didn’t know how to do the transaction), and the other workers (a heavy set man and another older woman ) didn’t help her or called her out for her bad manners, They were pretending they are not there! I said at the end, that she was rude and needed training. A few days later, my daughter went to get the glasses (keep in mind, I paid $200 for it- $100 for the frame and $100 for the lenses). When she came in the car, the glasses were inside a plastic Walmart bag, all dusty and the heavy set blonde woman didn’t adjust for her or nothing! The Michael Kors glasses was left inside a Walmart shopping bag! Is that a way to treat a customer? It was my last time there! I will never go to such a low class place! It’s sad because a year ago I was complementing Walmart Store for their nice employees, until now that I went to Walmart Vision Center at Mount Pocono, PA
