I ordered a brand NEW PS5VR2, however upon opening walmart packaging, the box was already opened and looked to be used, the lenses had finger print marks, when I purchased the product the description didn't say renewed or used. they sold me and sent me a used unit, I asked for a partial refund on the message board to the seller, the seller never replied, the item works as described, I bought as a birthday gift, but I paid NEW PRICING! please refund me the cost for a used VR unit, because i purchased a new one.
