Got a water hose in April and only used it one time fully. I want to turn it on the second time it blew up and started leaking everywhere. I contacted this seller and they said well we’re sorry we have a 30 day return policy even though I still have all the packaging, even the wrapping on some of the equipment that came with it they won’t stand behind their products very poorly made do not buy from them or this water hose

I’m sure the seller didn’t make the product so they really shouldn’t be on the hook. Shipping was slow, but perhaps that’s a Walmart thing. I don’t know. Guess the seller is OK.

Hose I bought did not last even 90 days. Seller ignored message I sent to request an exchange.

They will not stand behind their products. Refused to replace or refund money for a 100 ft hose I only got about 2 weeks of use out of. If a Zero star rating was available I would have chosen negative 10.

Seller sent me a laser pointer with no battery or anything inside of it. it was just a shell of a product.

I had no problems with receiving the flag chairs from the seller. They were on time. Very prompt.

Problem with the black plastic hose holder is not the sellers problem but should be aware of it and mention it in sales pitch

We had the chairs in record time and the company kept us posted on their arrival.

the keep component which is the bag is missing from both boxes everything else was in the box the drawstring bag was keep component for versatile use in while traveling to different jobs. especially when it is recommend for storage in the winter time cannot store it in bag of there is no bag
