Box had been obviously opened previously %26 was battered. The base was dented. Also the brackets were.not drilled properly so there was a quality issue to boot. It felt like they simply passed it off to me. It was heavy %26 inconvenient to return. Big waste of time-

I've had way faster shipping from the same company with a different product but it was a different seller platform, this was much slower... and I'm not complaining about the courier, I'm talking time to even send out... I've had better stands from the brand, this model was disappointing, keep in mind you will find similar if not exact model copies with different branding, If I was them I would discontinue this model... It's complicated to setup and structurally unstable, all in the name to fit things in a smaller box as it would seem it needs a new redesign, a solid spine in 2 sections would fix most the issues.
