I notified them that the product did not arrive as notified by the post office. I just wanted them to know that I'd put in a claim with the post office and thought it might speed things up if they did the same. Their response was as if they did not read my email at all "It says it was delivered"... Duh, that's what I told them. Good news is the post office found it without their help.
