False advertising. Order 2 1000/pk and only received 2 100/pk

Be weary. Item that arrived was not only not what was ordered but also came broken. And not the kind of broken that happens in transit. Parts were broken off and missing entirely.

They need to do a better jon with item description. A claw clip described as "large" with no measurements indicated in the description is deceiving for a claip that's actually only 2.5" long.

need to put something nect to them to compare to or put in the palm of your hand. it's very deceiving making them look longer than they actually are.

Not travel-sized, and it tangles and breaks my hair, so their description leaves something to be desired!

This is not a heavy duty Binder, usually associated with an “AVERY NAME ” - you sent me not only a CHEAP’ binder but it also looks used- I would like a refund. This Binder Sucks

The bottle of ink arrived intact, but hadn't been wrapped in bubble wrap or similar packing. Fortunately, the bottle is heavy, good quality glass, but damage during shipping could have been quite an ordeal upon arrival. I suggest wrapping the bottle in bubble wrap before putting it in the padded envelope.
