quite honestly, I was very disappointed, with this bag. it was extremely heavy and bulky, and none of my cue sticks would fit. they had plugs in a bottle of each sleeve that I had to tear the thing apart to get them out so that anything would fit. and I would not recommend this to anybody, I do not feel that it was a good purchase.

I had previously bought a set of leather pockets from them, and had to replace a side pocket that did not fit properly. They were very prompt and courteous in replacing the pocket with a new one that fit better.
