I would give no stars. Customer service is horrible. I returned a phone unopened through FedEx, it’s been over a month and I still don’t have my refund. The tracking shows the phone was delivered %26 signed for. I will never order from this seller again

Im extremely frustrated to receive a defective item when this should have been tested. Certain it’s a hardware issue during the rebuild and keyboard not attached. I will say the item came packaged decently and why it’s two stars and not one. This is highly inconvenient, I have to wait up to six days to get refunded as you can’t simply work through Walmart to get it replaced.
