Ordered on 06/25 and got a delivery on 06/30, but it wasn't a scooter. It was a $130 22" blackstone grill instead! I called Walmart and explained I received the wrong item and 8 hours later and numerous calls later, they managed to mess up whatever return process they were trying to do. They wanted me to ship the grill back and then wait 3 weeks after they got it before initiating a refund. This has been an absolute nightmare! The courier they use is called Ontrac and if you Google them, they have a 1.2 star rating at every location in the country because they keep messing up. BE WARNED!

Seller is responsive in a timely manner. But gives continuous excuses on why item may not work. They sent me replacement parts and the scooter still won’t turn on but the charging light is green. Seller wants me to buy other items to try and fix scooter which is going out of my way I’m not obligated to do that and that’s extra money being wasted. Replace it or refund me simple.

The product matched the description perfectly and was easy to put together. Although I had to return it due to local regulations where I'm moving, the seller provided a smooth and professional experience. I would gladly buy from this seller again.

product came fast easy to assemble just doesn't last as long as advertised and doesn't go as fast as advertised only goes about 2.5 miles so not very far
