This Joyhis scooter deserves 0 stars! I bought this scooter for my 12 year old grandson for Christmas and he played with it 1 time and it never worked again. I returned the 1st one and bought a 2nd one and he never got to even use it because it never turned on. That was his big present from us and he did without and we don't trust them to replace it again. Extremely disappointed!!

Their customer service sucks! And according to them all item are refurbished not New as stated in their description and full battery DOES NOT go 21 miles but rather half that. My son rode it for 8 miles and it was dead. Contacted customer service and right away it was the weather being too cold, but we live in FL and weather was not cold. Then it was the weight, my son is 127lbs. Just a lot of stuff to keep them from just sending a new battery! Stay away if u can!
