It was so late that I thought I had chosen a bad company. Nicely package. Product has been good so far.

I love my new ice maker and water cooler! Works so good and easy to use. Also very easy to change the water coolers and get ice. The ice lasts a long time and is always full. The hot water gets very hot and is perfect for tea. Even has a safety lock on it so my toddler can’t push it. You can also just turn the hot water feature off if you are worried about it. We turned the hot water feature off on ours just to avoid any possible issues with our toddler just in case he figured out the safety lock feature. (Hasn’t yet, it’s just an extra precaution the cooler allows which makes it amazing). I am so glad I bought this cooler! I am also home with a newborn and it makes being postpartum and breastfeeding so much easier as I can get clean cold water and ice whenever I want. I highly recommend this cooler!

I’m using this water cooler for a few months now and have nothing but good things to say about it ! It’s made me ice consistently and my cold and hot water is always spot on. Yes, it makes a little noise, but honestly it’s not a lot and doesn’t bother me at all…I love this machine, and when I need some ice it’s always ready. I don’t have ice in my fridge so this is a life saver for me…Great product I throughly think it’s worth every penny paid…

When my water tank went out this right here is the prime example of what I needed. It’s Affordable. It was delivered on time. You were better than my expectations and a humbly. Thank you for supplying me with hot coffee or with cold and it’s childproof too thank you five stars and more you deserve.

Did NOT last more than 3 months! Stopped making ice!

This water cooler failed right after the return period, and neither Vecys nor Walmart wants to help. Very disappointed.
