I NEVER received this item!!! I also NEVER received ANY response from the seller when I reported that I didn't receive it!! I was forced to hurry up and buy a replacement for it locally because it was to be a birthday gift! i would like a refund for the purchase price of the item i NEVER RECEIVED! PLEASE!!

When I received the treadmill, it kept showing an error 99 which wasnt covered in the manual. After I emailed customer support they immediately replied and I was able to fix the problem. It works great now! Im so happy I bought it. I walk only, no running, so i don't know how it works for that but I love it now and can't beat the price!

As stated in my prior review, the seller made double sure I got my package on time. I was delighted as I tracked my package, and it got here unscathed. The box and all of the contents were fortified, and it's obvious they're standing on business. I would do it all over again.
