Im not sure I recieved any communication directly ftom the seller. The walmart online return process and my local Walmart store were great assisting with the return. It was dissapointing that this seller is selling products with such poor quality through Walmart though, as it just sets up another poor customer to potentially go through what i did with there horrible product.
