Well, I learned that Walmart has third-party sellers and if there's a problem, you cannot return your item to Walmart. You must reach out to the third-party seller. Before that, I wear a large in order a large coat that would not even fit my daughter who wears a medium. I put it aside and ordered another one in a larger size and got a delivery date on the day of delivery. I got a cancellation notice. Not very timely. It was supposed to be a topcoat for a Christmas outfit.🤦🏻‍♀️. The company sent me a QR code to return to the USPS so far. I've been on successful in doing that. It's not a normal shipping label and they don't seem to know what to do with it. What the heck am I supposed to do with this coat? It's so cute and I really wanted it.
