Chi Chi Holdings LLC

I would give them a ZERO. Considering that the item never shipped, I would give this whole transaction a zero. I received an email saying the item was delivered. Had to call the Help Center twice in order to tell them the item was not delivered. The second call resulted in the rep calling Chi Chi Holdings who said they would contact me with a ship date. The next day I received an email from Chi Chi Holdings saying that the item was not in good enough condition to ship and I will get a refund. Big bust.
