Quick delivery and the light kit was exactly what we were looking for.

I ordered the 6 light fixture from Walmart because it was one of the few showing availability. After waiting over a week for delivery, the box came, labeled as the six light fixture, but had the 5 light fixture inside which was available in many places. After calling Walmart customer service they told me to return the light at the store and re-order what I wanted I offered to keep the fixture if Walmart would credit me the difference in price. They refused. As if I would wait in a return line 2 days after Christmas to reorder something that might be the wrong item anyway. After complaining about Walmart's not refunding the difference, they finally gave me a ten dollar coupon. As far as I'm concerned both the vendor and Walmart failed in customer service and I will not order merchandise from Walmart again, just groceries

Once installed, we discovered that the center was bent so it hangs crooked. We had our son in law install it and we're not gonna bother him again to take it down to return it. So upsetting! I asked for a refund to which we got no reply. I wish companies like this would stand by their products.

The ship it curbside delivery - too heavy! Not only that - it does not seat 6 people - more like 4

All was good with the seller shipping. It is ok for a small nook and for a non descript look. Material was fine. color was the problem for me.

The floor lamp I bought was wonderful but there were wrinkles inside the lampshade in two places. This seller replaced it and I'm so grateful. I will buy from this seller again.
