Very happy with the filters. Order processing was slower than had been quoted, so I contacted them. They were running behind (due to covid or something like that), but found and shipped my order that same day. Very happy with customer service as well.

In the soon future I hope to purchase more, both for myself and for my pregnant daughter with two small who lives out where wildfires are in Oregon and where they have a "Red Alert". I have allergies and if I venture outside I soon am longing to retreat to inside. My daughter has asthma and I believe she would be elated to find some good filters also!

I purchased these filters to alleviate my neighbors smoking oders, the filters has helped, I wish they could totally erase the smell. However I can still smell the smoke. But like I said, they are better than my previous brand of filter.

i wasn't happy. i ordered 16x20x1 and i got 15x25x1. i had to cut them to fit

I tried filter buy because I remembered old adds played on the MoJo 50 radio show with Doc Thompson, the purchase was simple, the filters seem well made, the carbon filtration however doesn’t seem to have any effect whatsoever, I haven’t seen any benefits for the extra cost. Might consider other options from filter buy.

I guess I bought filters that have more density that my Trane ac unit can handle. Filters themselves seem well made and are great, next time I'll get less dense filters and go from there. Have 2 big filters that were the low odor type that reduced ac
