The shoe was fine the width was medium and I needed a wide width. That is the only reason I sent it back.

This is how shoes used to be made when I was a kid. These and Chuck Taylors. Built with quality materials and made to be durable. With that being said, I cannot yet attest to thier durability since I just received them. I will update later when I have worn them long enough. Same for comfort. They definitely run at least a half size large. I read reviews where others had stated BK shoes run large, so I ordered a half-size smaller than what I normally would. I usually wear New Balance in US Mens size 10.5. I ordered a size 10 for these BK's and I am glad I did. They have plenty of toe room and a size 10.5 would most certainly been too large. I also normally wear a wide shoe in New Balance. These BK's are normal width and are plenty wide for me - unlike Nike's normal width for instance usually are way too narrow for my feet. I am happy I bought these shoes and will probably buy more.

I'm very pleased with these shoes. They included two pair of laces. One black and one white. I got creative in lacing mine. I work in retail and wear these for work. They fit perfect. I don't find these oversize as some have stated. They are very comfortable. They don't slip on the smooth polished floors like my generic brand dept store shoes were (even dry). I love the material and the old school hi tops design. These are great all round shoes that could easily sell for more.
