I have tried other collagens that were bovine and they really gave me stomach and gut issues. This marine version does not. I use 2 scoops and add vitamin C to help with skin health and soft tissue. I've noticed a big difference in a short time (a month or so). Highly recommend. This brand was recommended for athletes which is why I tried it. I workout 6-7 days a week and needed something extra. This fit the bill.

I have used Vital Proteins collagen peptides for many years. I began researching marine collagen as an alternative and decided to try this brand. I am on my second canister and so far I am seeing improvement. My nails and hair growth have improved and my body and joints overall feel better. Although this type of collagen is more expensive you only need to use one scoop of it as opposed to two scoops of the other type. I put it my morning coffee and it mixes easily and there is no taste whatsoever. I love this brand and plan to continue with it.

It's feally hard to tell if collegen really does anything to improve health but my research indicated marine collegen is the way to go for me. This is a mid priced brand with no flavor or texture to make the beverage taste bad.

I feel this is one of the best marine collagen powders I've ever used. It is a very very fine powder. You mix in room temperature water. There is very little flavor, which is nice when you mix it with other drinks such as green tea.

I purchased the Marine Collagen after trying a few other brands and this is by far the best. There's no smell or taste and it dissolves quickly with no clumping, which an issue I've had with others. I use it mainly in my morning smoothies and would highly recommend!
