Bought this product back in January for my dad. As he was ripping off the wraps when he was finished using them, the seam ripped. I just the other day, contacted the company regarding the issue and they replaced it right away with no hesitation. Other than the rip, they work great for my dads leg swelling and I would most definitely buy more of their products. The only thing is when using the heat, be VERY careful as it slightly burned my dads legs as well, as other people have mentioned. Stick to low or no heat and don't wrap too tight when heat is on. I have a chronic pain condition and lately my calves have a debilitating ache. Putting these on, I was immediately happy with this purchase. I recommend to wear high socks when using the heat function, as the lowest setting gets a bit too hot on the skin after awhile. The device and remote are high quality and durable. My legs are happy and so am I!

My husband has diabetes and gets severe leg cramps and muscle fatigue a lot. I bought these for him for Christmas and he LOVES them. Uses them almost daily. He alternates between with and without heat. The heat on high is a bit intense but sometimes he needs the extra heat. They work like the circulators in the hospital. Highly recommend.

This incredible device is very medical grade. I was hospitalized for 80 days and used the hospital version......I like these more! Feels fantastic on my covid long hauler calf muscles that are constantly in spasm mode and occasionally cramping. I love this thing!!

From low to medium is a big difference in pressure. The heat can get a little hot if not careful.
