It was easy to install. It looks wonderful. I really like the extra height. It makes filling tall pans very easy. Good value.

Love this and if you want, you do not have to use the bottom plate. The long plate that is under the main faucet. Looks better without the plate, adds a little class to it

Easy to install. Only thing was there was no aerator tool and the hose was not marked for cold/ hot differentiation so my husband had to redo it after he turned the water on Looks very nice!

While we love, love, LOVE the Belfield kitchen faucet itself, the side sprayer needs serious improvement. Moen put the sprayer squeeze trigger in the front of the sprayer head while most of their other sprayer heads have the water trigger on the backside of the sprayer. The backside trigger configuration is much easier to use and more comfortable in your hand when using, than the front side trigger. Also, the side sprayer hose is made of a very flexible cloth-like material that kinks very easily when using the side sprayer, resulting in the water being pinched off due to the water hose kinking so easily. Very frustrating to use the side sprayer for these two reasons. If Moen used their normal clear plastic hose for the sprayer, that hose is difficult to flex and kink allowing water to flow through the hose constantly and at a high pressure. Wished we could swap out our side sprayer for another Moen side sprayer that matches the Belfield faucet design and works much better. We highly recommend the Belfield faucet and would purchase again, but the side sprayer needs to better designed.

Love this faucet but the handle comes loose almost daily and I need to get allen wrench, pop out little button on back of handle, and tighten set screw which I cannot see because back of handle is next to wall. Very frustrating. Have had since January. Shame because I really Iike the faucet otherwise.

It was my own fault for not checking out the details in the picture. And/or examining the fixture before I delivered the unopened package to my plumber to install. I bought a single handle faucet to replace the turn handles because I have pain in my wrists. Why on earth the button on the spray attachment is on the bottom rather than the top does not make sense to me. Ergonomically, it is much more difficult to operate using fingers rather than a thumb. I wish there was a replacement sprayer that matched this style.

I have had this faucet since 2017 and it has been leaking for the past year. I called and received excellent support regarding parts to fix the leaking but my plumber was unable to get the handle off. Possibly the set screw is stripped? I called service but they cannot take my call for four days. Very frustrating. Paid a plumber and still have a leaky faucet.

Bought 3 years ago for new home. It matches all my faucets which are also Belfield by Moen. The single lever handle becomes loose about every 10 days and wobbles about. You have to remove the little cap and use an Allen wrench to tighten it. Every 10 days. Moen sent a new cartridge which I installed but handle still comes loose every 10 days. It it held in place by a single set screw which is just flat metal against flat metal so there appears to be no way this won't constantly come loose. Very poor design.

We purchased the Belfield in matte black for our new home in 2022. We have had a plumber out twice to fix the broken side sprayer. The vertical piece that is beneath the counter and connects to the sprayer keeps breaking because it is made of plastic presumably. The faucet itself has been fine but the sprayer is very disappointing and because of the quick connect it is difficult to replace the side sprayer with a different brand that is made of all metal.

The handle of our unit keeps going extremely loose. They replace the cartridges for free through moen, but whats the use if I need to replace every 2 months?! Very frustrated. I cannot even find hot water position tonight and will need to go buy out of pocket from a box store tomorrow. The facet is a crap, steer clear!
