These T-shirts (Gildan 2000) are made of good heavyweight (6 oz/yard) cotton material. They are comfortable and durable. They don't shrink any more than would be expected for cotton (minimal shrinkage), and the size runs true. Machine laundering (warm) is easy, and the colors don't fade. I don't know what the prompt means by "slits". These have sleeves and a neck opening, but nothing I would call a slit. Overall, an excellent value and shirts I have bought before and would buy again.

Nice basic tees. Comfortable, soft enough but still durable. I bought several colors and they all look good. Can't beat the price.
