Easy set up. Touch screen and finger ID are wonderful. Synchronized with Microsoft account easily. Definitely a great buy and great price!!! Definitely recommend . using for work.

Good not great. Safe need-it-now purchase, for sure. Very slim and light. Very good battery life (battery not user-replaceable). Pretty speedy. Very good screen. Pretty good keyboard. Very good all around, but you could want more. EX: the "16MB RAM" is really like 12MB because a good chunk is reserved for the video. 256GB storage is not a lot these days, but hey you probably have cloud storage.

Easy to set up and install. Basically, you turn on the laptop and it guides you through everything. So slick. The slim profile and touch screen are an upgrade from my 5 year old HP Pro. I'm using my computer for my business as a consultant. So the processor speed and memory are more than enough. The one downside is that the RAM is not expandable beyond 16GB but it should be adequate for my needs. Overall I am so pleased with this purchase, as I need to make every dollar count. I got a decent sale price at WM and very happy with my new laptop.

I have not actually received it yet, but it is due to be delivered today. A friend who knew about computers went onto your website and discussed with me my requirements. He recommended this. I am sure I will be happy with it. I also purchased the extended warranty.

I bought this laptop for my son as a gift. He is a gamer and I didn't really know what to buy that was affordable and would allow him to game when we're were away from home. He absolutely loved this laptop. It works perfectly for the online games he plays. Very pleased with the purchase.

Good laptop for the price! Only con is the batter's charge. It lasts only a few hours. Fully charged, after 3hrs it's half gone. Once at half it goes down even faster.

Order and pick up were fine. Not sure why the Lenovo Laptop I purchased was already 6 month old, which would mean that its inner parts could already be out dated. No sure whose issue that would be. No one should be selling a computer as new when the mfg date is clearly 6 months ago

One of the key reasons I bought this laptop was that it offered WIFI 6 which would allow me to set up an office in my basement as I could get 100 mbs better speeds. Unfortunately the Wifi 6 is either not installed or not turned on for the PC. I am tempted to take the thing back as I can't even plug it into ethernet due to the network card not having plugin capability for ethernet.
