I dont regret one penny I spent on this although it has went up substantially since I purchased my pro. When this breaks one day I will buy a replacement and when that one breaks I will replace that one. It brought my hair from not being able to wear a pony tail without my scalp showing all over to now easily being able to wear a ponytail with no scalp show. Its thicker, fuller and far better then the day I made the purchase. Now is it going to take you from severe thinning to a horses mane? No it's not, realistically but hey even if it gives you 30% improvement like it did for me that's great. I highly recommend but I also recommend combining with supplements, improving your diet. There's an underlying reason we lost our hair and that needs to be addressed too.
