The quality of the ingredients in this vitamin are key to my health. I've been using vitamin D3 for a few years now but the ingredients in Life Extension are better. It's helped me maintain the proper stable blood level. The importance of this vitamin are underrated. Strong bones and a healthy immune system are important at all ages.

The very small, flavorless capsules are easy to swallow. A bit expensive because there aren't many options for 5000 IU in vegan form.
