Purchased these tires during the busy summer and just reviewing now. They have ran well and still look new after hours of city and highway travel. NOT TO MENTION, getting tires at Walmart was Super easy. Way less stress the. The dealership.

I ordered these all season tires for my 2021 Lexus RX 350L, it arrived really fast. Walmart installed it, I was hesitant at first because of some negative reviews I read online as far as the service at the shop but I still chose Walmart to install the tires and it was great service. Then few days later I took my car to Canada and drove over 2000 miles on highway. I drove it on ice and pack snow with no problems. Smooth ride and quieter ride on highways.

First off, 5 Stars to the Delmont, PA service center. Always professional and competent, always prompt with scheduled service! I'm on my fourth set of Reliants over 3 vehicles. The tires are quiet, great in water and light snow. Haven't had opportunity to drive in heavy snow. Handle great on dry, even driving aggressively. Only downside is wear. I barely get 30,000 miles out of a set of 4, with proper inflation and rotations. They do wear evenly. Upside is 65,000 mile warranty which has honored and prorated price of next set of tires. Hard to leave an accurate review when you Walmart keeps giving you the run around on where your product is. Called the store, they as advised call Walmart online number, after a few days and phone calls was advised cal fedex. Dedex advised a shipping label was created but the product was still with the shipper. Called Walmart back, they advised to wait. Waited and no progress on tracking. Called back and was advised they talked to the back office and I would hear back in 48 hours from the Thursday. I waited until Monday and finally called them…AGAIN. Was told it could take 72 hours to hear back…I told them that had already passed. I wanted a refund but they said it would take 10 days. Mind you 3 of my 4 tires arrived…I'm only waiting on ONE. I asked them to make a new label as maybe there was a mixup at the warehouse. Or call the warehouse, or give me the number and I could call. Finally after speaking with a supervisor I was advised I would be receiving an email before 8pm (yesterday) and it would be shipped yesterday to arrive on Thursday. I have not received the email as of this morning. Who knows. Nobody has been able to simply ship the missing tire. I'm very disappointed as I placed this order on November 9, it is now rhetorical 25. I need these tires as mine are in very poor condition and winter is here. If this isn't resolved shortly I will never order tires from Walmart again. At this point I don't know if I would anyways but I would like to give Walmart the opportunity to make it right and simply send my tire.

I purchased 4 Goodyear Reliant tires with installation on September 16, 2025. After some time, I noticed visible uneven bulges on all four tires, which look like defects. These issues were not caused by road damage. On November 26, 2025, I returned to Walmart to request a replacement, but I was refused. They claimed the tires were “normal” and said I cannot complain because I didn't buy the extra warranty. This is unacceptable. A customer should not be forced to buy extra protection to get help with obvious defects and safety issues. I paid for the tires and installation and expected quality and responsibility. Very disappointed with Walmart and Walmart Auto Care Center.

I brought 4 tires 6 weeks ago. I also got my tires change at Walmart Salem NH. On this Monday Nov 3st I got 2 flat tires without nail or any problem on passenger side the front and the back. It look like it lack the air between the small tread. We also have a video.

I Purchased 3 new good year tires 5 days ago, I've been putting air IN one of the tires Every day and yesterday the other tire went flat on the highway. Now I'm riding on a donut. When I try to reach the automotive department in Hammond, they either don't answer the phone or they answer it and hang up.

I will not go here again. Installation technician stripped with impact gun 3 of the 5 lugs on 1 wheel. Only telling me of 1 (saying I arrived with this). At check out? I go over my receipt and shop and list of what was done and approved. Noticing in comments a second lug is broken. Response “oh yeah, it's in your cup holder)! When I get home, spouse checks all tires. Only the above mentioned is damaged - 3 of 5 stripped with 1 having to be drilled out of the hole to remove tire and fix all lugs and bolts. Horrible service and I could have lost a tire going home. Was told to “drive slow and careful” by staff.

I ordered these tires online put in all the correct car info and website stated this tire would fit my car. Got there today to have tire installed after waiting for 2 hours the tire area informed me that this tire does not fit my vehicle.. what went wrong??? How can you website for tires tell me this tire fits my vehicle but then after I purchase it it doesn't fit my car.

Just got the tires today and being Goodyear I'm sure they'll be fine but if you're considering Walmart automotive then think again. I ordered 4 tires using the Walmart app and made an appointment for installation at 1 PM on the following Thursday. It was stipulated that I needed to be on time because they would only hold my appointment for 15 minutes. I received an email informing me that the tires were shipped and a following email indicating an expected arrival at Walmart on Thursday. On Thursday at 11 AM I had not been informed that the tires had arrived so I called the service department where the phone was not answered and the system suggested I call back later. I called back and chose the option to talk to the operator and had the same result and suggestion. I arrived before 1 PM and at 2 PM my car was still parked where I left it. So much for only holding the reservation for 15 minutes. I informed 2 associates that I had another appointment at 3 PM and was told they would put 2 techs on the job and that it should take 15 minutes per tire. The car was moved into the service bay and the installation was finished at 3:30. When I looked through the window in the service bay garage door window I never saw more than 1 tech anywhere near my car. Failure to keep appointments and hiring less than skilled workers are indications of poor management. Lying to your customers face is inexcusable and probably goes more to corporate culture.
