I've seen the bad reviews on this but I've purchased 6 of them: 2 for work, 2 for home, 1 for each of my kids, and we love them. It does take a few hours for the time to set the first time you use it, but after that it resets automatically. If it's not working for you, maybe the signal isn't getting out, for instance if you're in an interior office in a large building. I have two clocks in the basement at work and they both can obtain the signal. I've had these clocks well over a year and have not had any problems with them.

I have many self setting atomic clocks and this one is the worst of the bunch. At times it will just display a random time for no reason and then reset it's self over night. The two times a year when the times change it's a coin toss if and when this clock will set it's self. I have even moved it from the wall and put it in a south/southwest window to try to give it better reception for the signal from Colorado. For the thermometer to give an accurate reading you should have the clock on an inside wall or it tends to read cold. If you want a clock like this I would look at a different brand and spend a bit more for a better one.

overall I am satisfied with this clock. The only issues I have with it are...(1) it is'nt as easy to set as the instructions say and (2) if you hang on the wall like i have it is very difficult to read in the evening hours, it should have been equiped with lighting!

I like the large numbers on the clock but black on medium gray does not let them show up well. The time, temperature, and date seem to work alright. I do have to walk up to the clock as I can't make it out across the room.

I like the clock it is just what i needed. Big numbers - visilble display. The test will come w/ daylight savings time this sunday.

Outdoor temp. does not give accurate reading. Time does not automatically reset on DST. I thought this would be the answer to setting clocks to ST and DST. It isn't. Reset by hand after much fooling around.

the clock doesn't reset itself at all, its not very good,,,,, and for the person before me its the inside temp.

We purchased 2 different models of the Atomix self setting clock. We returned the 1st one assuming it was defective. We kept the 2nd one for a year and it only set itself 2 or 3 times in a year and we moved too. I threw it away. It's a substandard product and Walmart should disconinue that brand and get a better name like SHARP or something.

A waste of money. It doesn't change to DST when it should, and some days for no reason at all, the time and date are all wrong. It is hard to read at certain angles, and if you hang it on an outside wall it doesn't give an accurate room temperature reading, especially in winter months. A piece of junk!!! In the trash it goes.
