I purchased Dryshod boots specifically because they were advertised as waterproof and were the most expensive option available in the store. Unfortunately, I've now had two separate pairs fail in the exact same way.
Both pairs leaked at the front of the boots in the big-toe area on both the left and right boots. To be clear, the water is not coming in from above the material or over the top — the water level has always been below the boot height. The leakage is coming through the boot material itself.
After the first pair failed, I exchanged them and even upgraded to a higher model. The second pair leaked in the same locations. When I attempted to get help through the retailer, I was treated poorly and never received a promised follow-up call.
I rescue animals and rely on waterproof boots daily. I also live with fibromyalgia, and having wet, cold feet is more than an inconvenience — it affects my health. Right now, my feet are soaked, which is extremely frustrating after investing in a premium product.
I wanted to like these boots, but based on my experience, they have not performed as advertised. I hope Dryshod takes this feedback seriously and addresses what appears to be a quality or manufacturing issue.
Two pairs of Dryshod boots leaked in the exact same spot — the big-toe area on both boots. Water is not coming in from above; it's leaking through the material. I bought these because they were advertised as waterproof and premium-priced. Very disappointing experience, especially since I rely on waterproof boots daily for animal rescue work.
