I bought this for my son-in-law who always worked until his heart attack and subsequent triple bypass so that he can get out of house plus exercise. He uses the pedal plus battery. which is much easier for him. He wants to go fishing which he loves!!!! He says that it's well worth the money and rates it a definite 5!!!!

handle bar neck is not machined tight so handle bars wobble a bit other then that seems like a good value

Assembly, anyone with a fifth grader education could easily. Wishing it had a little more power going up hills. Overall an impressive bike and will buy again soon.

I ordered this on sale and was very skeptical. It has been an excellent bike. Rides excellent. Battery lasts a little less than I’d like but still acceptable. 20 mph unless you’re going up a hill. Very easy to put together. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone

The product is actually an awesome entry level E bike. The price range is what made this really appealing. The only issue was cosmetic damage to the frame, which is a packaging issue. This was found to be true upon receipt of the product and checking reviews and finding that others had the same issue. The damage is only minor cosmetic damage. Would I purchase this product again? Yes

Little smaller than expected. Sit is adjustable forward and backward which helps. Purchased 2 bikes. One bike would not lock the seat position properly so replaced the nut with a solid one for virtually no cost. This corrected the issue. second bike had no issues. Good power and available options. Good road bike

Bike seat tightening bolt is not functioning properly

If you want a cheap e-bike for a solo commute this may meet your needs. Pros: Price, peddle assist, good battery life, LCD screen with speed,4 peddle assist level and battery power remaining. Cons: very heavy bike 65 lbs; peddle assist latency of 20-30 feet ( until it decides to kick in you are on your own. no accelerator (class 1); poor support (email only- answered in days not hours); peddle assist has no adjustment (peddle assist 1 default is 8-9 mph %26 peddle assist 2 default is 14-15 mph. NO Adjustments) If you need to travel at 12 mph to stay with a bike group that is on you. No accelerator other than gear selection or cadence self adjustment. So if you expect to push a button and take off, forget it.

To many problems with is bike, first the tire went flat, the seller told us to buy a inner tube which we did and fixed it 1 week later they are flat again. Seller again suggested we buy another tube. The fist 2 photos are from the first time we got the bike the others are after we replaced the tubes

The bike itself is nice. Mine came damaged, and I went back and forth with customer service about the part of the bike that is damaged. The frame is bent in by the back wheel so the bike does not shift correctly, they want to replace the part that hangs from there, although that isn't where the issue is. Extremely frustrating to spend $400 on this bike to have them not take it back or replace it.
