This robot vacuum cleaner work great!!! We are extremely pleased with it. The price was very reasonable and we wondered if it would work well. It definitely works well. It does a great job cleaning the floor and navigating around obstacles. It saves us a lot of work. We thought we may need a higher priced robot vacuum, but we do not. Glad we bought this one first.

The robot vacuum arrived quickly and looks well made. Setup was straightforward, and I'm excited to see how it performs.

the battery life is less than what they mentioned but it is okay for the price but,it could be better

Here's the thing. It does vacuum and mops pretty well. Unfortunately it can get lost sometimes then seems to get stuck in some corner no matter the setting. If you're thinking you can let it run while you go out and when you return it will be in the charger that's not happening. I compare it to having to follow a 5 year old around until they're tired then having to carry it back to their bed for a nap/charge. The price makes sense and it works.

I had to return it. It was spitting water in the carpet and not didn't vacuum. Battery died after many attempts to get it to operate properly. It didn't return to the base on its own. I double checked to make sure I had the correct app. I did. So disappointing.

It only works with remote. Even in auto mode it cleans the already cleaned space many times. It doesn't even trained to avoid carpet to sweep and mop on. On mop mode. It doesn't even take water automatically from it's water section. We have to keep pressing the humidity button on remote continuously to work it well and sometimes it even doesn't work like this too. Tired of using this product in even 5,6 times. Want to return

This product constantly loses connection. The app interface is difficult to understand. The vacuum doesn't vacuum as good as I had hoped. I had some fallen leaves and dirt from a plant on the floor. The robot just pushed the dirt away with its sweepers instead of sucking it up. It also ran over the leaf often and did not pick up it up. When it does connect and work it dos not do the whole floor no matter what setting I put it on. It misses places and after 5-10 minutes it will lose connection or just stop.

Unfortunately after about five runs, it no longer collected anything when it was vacuuming. The machine ran, but collection container was empty after an hour of vacuuming. Filters were cleaned and troubleshooting was completed, but it stopped working. It was returned and I received a refund.

I usually ignore 1 star ratings but I have to give one myself for this vacuum bot. I bought this item and was excited at first. I imagined a clean floor all the time with the occasional spot sweep and mop if needed. This item didn't live up to my expectations though. It would go over the same spots over and over again, no matter the setting. It would run into objects and seeingly get lost. It got stuck trying to find it's way around kitchen chairs more than actually sweeping and mopping. The bot would return to it's charging port without completing the job due to the amount of battery it used bumping into walls and sweeping the same spots over and over again. The brissles for sweeping would fall off and were very low quality as they didn't last more than a week without looking like an old broom head. I decided it was best just to sweep and mop on my own since that's what ended up happening anyways. Unfortunately I don't recommend this item at any price.

It is verry hard to try to replace the filter on this robot I have order filters 3 times and cannot find the right size I have personally measured it. and I usually do not buy off brand large items, but it thought I would try it. Really the only complaint is that I can't fine replacement parts
