The packaging and the top is easy to twist. The pills a little bit on the big side but that would be my only complaint. The pills don’t have a strong odor or stinky smell but they don’t smell good either. There wasn’t really an after taste that I noticed but I did take mines with food, as it suggests

Noticed a difference after 1 week. I noticed it helped with my stress and back pain and it has helped in the bedroom. Pills have no after taste and easy to swallow. I have had no negative reactions. This is one of the few supplements that have worked for me.

This product has worked well for me. Everything I need in 2 pills daily. The capsules are easily swallowed and there are not any digestion problems. Product is not for pain. It does contain Calcium Magnesium and Vit. D. NO Iron.
