Love these insoles! The only insoles I have found that is great in all of my sneakers. My knees and ankles do not hurt like before I started using these insoles. I am on my feet for about 8-10 hours today, so that means a lot to say I do not have pain.

The memory foam feels cushy, and the arch support is decent. They fit well in most shoes, though you might need to trim them slightly. Bonus: the copper helps control odor. Great value for everyday use.

Being an x ray tech at the hospital I'm on my fee my all day- these literally give my feet a boost of energy! I stand more than I walk and these are exactly what I needed!

They fit perfectly in my shoe and support my feet so well that I haven't noticed as much back pain or feet pain when walking. I haven't noticed any odors yet but then again I don't really have stinky feet. They are super durable as I am on my feet all day long.

They've been with me for runs, walks, used as water shoes on the rivers and I love them! The only thing wrong is that they don't have a comfortable sole since it's been worn down but now that's been cured! These insoles are one size fit all because you cut them to fit the size show you need. They have provided the support so that I no longer her knee pain while walking my dog on our daily walks! Who knew that's all I'd need!! I've now bought my husband some for his work boots!
