no it isn't perfect or the greatest thing ever, but for such a low price it works very well. I do wish it would power on in the same state as last use. always comes up in day mode and have to switch to night

Amazing set of night vision binoculars. Easy to use, lightweight, yet powerful. Used these for the first time to discover who was getting into our trash at night, turns out it was raccoons. You can see so much detail in the dark with these. I was able to identify that the raccoon had a limp, and have since been keeping track of the other wild things out on our acreage. Would be great for hunting.

These are pretty awesome night vision binoculars. I purchased for my 10 year old nephew who is obsessed with exploring and recording his findings. This brought the exploring to a whole new level by allowing night time adventures without the bright light of his other recording devices. It comes with a neck strap, but you need to purchase the SD card separately as well as 6 AA batteries. We use rechargeable AA batteries for lasting usage. Video quality is good and we have had a great time using this!

I was really surprised by how good the resolution is. The screen makes it like you're watching surveillance footage. It is easy make out objects and see motion. The screen is a good size for navigating menu options too. The binocular style works well for him. He can wear them comfortably with the carry strap, doesn't have to worry about being blinded by sudden light sources and is able to share them conveniently with teammates. We haven't played with the photo and video capabilities yet, but they are neat bonus features to have. Overall, a nice set of binoculars and quite simple and intuitive to use.
