This product is made from fermented Soy Beans. It's a blood thinner somewhat like statins. It also may help dissolve existing placs at a high dose taken for several months. I didn't have any side effects from the product. I'll discuss with my doctor and get his opinion on if it's a good log term solution for my heart health, as I'm unabe to take ANY statins, without very bad side effects.

First, I trust Swanson's products for quality. This supplement appears to be providing promised benefits and taken as directed, causes no side effects for me. I will continue purchasing this brand.

Greatly needed for a dietary supplement

Research shows that this supplement can slow down the aging process at the cellular level. A must is on an empty stomach. Taking first thing in the morning works best. Not sure but in my sixties and think my energy levels have improved. More ability to take on the stresses of the day. Found it was not necessary every day.

From my research of Nattokinase it sounded like something I needed to try. So happy with it, I could feel a difference after only taking it one time. This is a keeper for me. Also from my research, many people take Swanson Serrazimes with it, can't wait to see if the two together makes even a bigger difference.

I took this along with Resveratrol and it worked great. Circulation in my lower extremity's improved. I noticed positive results in a very short time. I now use it as part of my daily vitamin regimin.I would and have, recommended this to friends.

It's from natto, but what's with the maltodextrin???? I'll look for one without sugar. I'm pretty sure that's not a necessary ingredient but rather a filler.
