The thing I like the best about this product is it makes great homemade spaghetti sauce for holidays and other special occasions. It has a long shelf life so it is a must-have item in my pantry. It adds a gourmet touch in stews and makes wonderful sauce as long as the spices are right, because the paste is not flavored much at all. In my opinion it is best when using a flavor packet, but you can try your own spices, when you know what you're doing. The tomato is acidic enough, so you don't need vinegar with this paste, just a little water and the right spices for thick and zesty pasta sauce!

Taste like garden fresh tomatoes. I would definitely recommend this brand.

The only ingredients are Roma tomato paste and citric acid. When I opened the can, the paste was fresh and bright red. It tasted great and can be easily used in a variety of dishes. I combined it with Del Monte's tomato sauce to create a delicious pasta sauce.

The rich red adds the right amount of color in all the dishes i prepare. The thickness allow a small quantity to elevate the taste of all the dishes i make. Its preserved well to last long enough to allow me to make multiple dishes through out the week.

it would not fit into my can opener so I won't be using it anymore I can't say anything bad about it other than can't open
