Very sturdy bags. No leaks with zippers

The Ziploc Slider Storage Bags are a big help in the kitchen! Definitely the best feature of these bags are the expandable bottom! Makes the bags so useful! Having the slider on it, it is so easy to use, and the kids can close the bag without my help.

Over the past several months I have noticed that I am unable to open Zip lock sliders easily like before. Perhaps it's a problem with your clip/slider? I have really enjoyed using your Zip lock bags with this slider. Please research the reason why customers are having the same problem as I am.

The zipper on three out of the first six bags I used from a new box has separated causing me to have to tear the bog apart to get it open (great seal by the way). If this continues to happen, half the box of bags will be garbage after a single use. I don't remember this EVER happening in the past and I don't know what changed, but this is unacceptable. I hope S C Johnson looks into this and finds a solution.

Actually, this is the second chance for Ziploc and they struck out again. This package had three bags slit side to side near the bottom. One of the bags had what look like thick black racing stripes wrapping the left side along with its slit (that didn't make it through the stripes due to their thickness, I suppose). The stripes also give of a strong "poly" odor that tainted all the bags closest to it... 10-12 of them. This is frustrating being the second time we've had a box with bags we can't use. Money wasted. Ziploc is too expensive (for bags in general) to feel good about continuing to buy them. Twice in a year is enough to call up another batter/player in our bag game.

Received these quart size slider bags through a promotion and after several uses, the little plastic slider comes off. The best part is, the bag is sealed and without the little slider, you can't open the bag without tearing it apart. I tried diligently to reattach the thing to the slider channel on the top of the bag and it doesn't work. Frustrating and ridiculous. Now I've got 2 problems as a human being that cares about this beautiful planet: 1 - another plastic bag entering the waste stream of trillions of disposed plastic bags. 2 - the little plastic slider piece is so small that it can easily enter the waste water stream heading to rivers, lakes and oceans where it can be consumed by birds and other animals living in and around these waters. It's bad enough that our lives depend on these bags, but I do my part by recycling them for as many uses as possible. If you are to continue to make these ziplock bags and consumers are going to continue to buy them, please offer better solutions - STOP making slider bags would be a great start. These things are horrible especially because there is no way to slide them closed (or open them) without the silly plastic slider thingy.

I recently re-purchased these bags and the quality is now abysmal. I have used 3 bags and they have broken in 3 SEPARATE ways. #1 - the side of the bag completely ripped open. #2 - the top of the bag ripped away from the slider. #3 - the slider came off and it's completely inoperable. I regret buying 2 boxes of these and will be looking for another brand in the future that actually works.

I have always preferred bags with this type of zipper but now, because of serious issues with both thumbs, I find it difficult to use the ones without the sliders. Lately the ziploc brand sliders have become worthless. The slider doesn't work and it's often impossible to open the bag even by trying to pull it apart. I'm always in a hurry when purchasing at a warehouse store and continue to buy. I have put a permanent note on my shopping list on my phone DO NOT BUY ZIPLOC! Too bad because there was a time when they were great.

What gives? Where is there price control? I bought the quart size 20 count for $7.55 - too many pop ups flashing so I didnt realize the quantity, but then I saw the gallon size, 60 count for $7.48., after I had ordered the quart size.. I guess I got taken for a ride!

this sucks, i cannot leave or change instructions for which door to deliver to. i have two "front doors", one is wheelchair accessible, the other is not. when standing facing the house from the street, the door to your far right is the correct door to leave packages.
