I bought this vacuum thinking I could vacuum the rugs with it but it tries to suck them up as well. The vacuum does a good job. It vacuumed up a lot of dog hair. Just not as good as my Dyson.

Problems with the belt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one cleaning the belt fell off. I had to take the bottom of the vacuum apart to put the belt back on. This was done twice then belt broke. I have only used the vacuum maybe 5 times. Now waiting for new belt. When working, it works great but certainly hope I am not fixing belt each time I use this. Very disappointed! Is this a problem with this machine?
