I spoke with aI can’t get a live person. Refused to allow me to send photos to show. All I wanted was a new unit not a used I paid full price got sealed box so no reason to expect you lied and sent dirty unusable unit. I wanted an exchange for what I paid for

The stick dirt devil vacuums like a full size but can be stored in the narrowest of spaces. Five stars!!🤩

The machine was easy to assemble and use. The cleaner did a good job of cleaning the carpet, usually on the first sweep, occasionally needing a second sweep of the stains. The only drawback is the cord needs to be longer.

Works like a dream! Cleans my carpets, all thicknesses so seamlessly. Wonderful product, glad I splurged on it!

It’s incredible little machine. I really appreciate it helps with quick little cleanups after my dogs being messy and helps me clean out their kennel and that’s what I really needed at for quick little floor jobs. Very powerful little fella. I really appreciate it and thank you very much.!
