This is a great upgrade from the annoying beeping standard detector I had previously! The safety features are priceless!

I'm a landlord and these smoke detectors are worth every penny. Not only does every apartment get notified by a nice voice that there is smoke building up in another area, but I also get notified on my smartphone to a potential problem. If the smoke clears, then no alarm sounds, but if it gets worse, the alarm activates. Peace of mind for everyone.
