Too much assembly required. Fair chair otherwise
My order arrived a day early which is good. My expectations were not high but for what I paid got my moneys worth. Only quibble is the amount of and level of assembly required. Took me 2 hours to assemble. Worked methodically made no mistakes and not having to redo steps. The manufacturer provided lots of extra bolts but none of them were needed and were of the wrong size anyway. Expecting the customer to have to completely assemble the base and mechanical recliner parts is too much ask just so the manufacturer could save on packing. Other recliners I have bought and assembled in the past required far less effort. Would not surprise me if Walmart gets a lot of these recliners returned for this reason.
