For my bedroom, I needed a recliner that did not require putting down the recliner with feet. This being electronic is wonderful. I saw other reviews that it moves slow when going up and down. I love it for 2 reasons: doesn't spill my drink and is even speed for when holding a sleeping baby and trying to put chair down. I love that it rocks, glides and swivels. I wasn't concerned about swiveling but now that I have it, absolutely love it. I have short legs (I am 5'3”so the height from seat to floor is perfect so I can sit flat footed. One improvement I would like is the cup hold to be a 1/2 to 1” deeper to better hold taller cups.
