I am so happy you have this service because my coffeemaker died that morning and my arthritis is really bad right now so the thought of trying to walk through that big store to get a coffeemaker was like no option and amazon would at least be a day or two so this was just perfect for me !! I wish you did put some benches in the store its a huge store and us older customers need to sit for a few minutes I know you used to have them but took them out and there are alot of us older people in Madison so I hope you reconsider that idea

coffee brews very hot. takes about 15 mins to brew 12 cups on the strong setting. I would recommend you brew at least 2 pots of plain water in it prior to brewing coffee as suggested to get the best flavor coffee. otherwise the coffee has a element flavor to the coffee.
