Best Pizza Ever! It took about 45 minutes to put together and was simple to follow the instructions. i followed the dough recipe in the Blackstone manuel and it made the perfect pizza. I have made pizza for my family and neighbors every week since and they all love it. i would recommend the pizza oven to anyone who wants restaurant quality pizza at home that is fast and easy to make. five stars

Great Pizza Oven!

We're very happy with our Blackstone Pizza Oven. I like the rotating stone for even cooking. It can be battery powered or plugged in. There is a learning curve to cooking with it, correct temperature and length of time for pizzas. I use a wooden peel to transfer the unbaked pizzas into the oven and I find cornmeal to work best for creating a smooth slide. I purchased a metal peel for removing the pizzas, these are thin and slide easily under the pizzas. Great buy and fun to make pizza at home!

Sturdy/Mobile -- Some Assembly Required

Took awhile to assemble, but really nice all the parts and required tools were included. Read the instructions carefully to avoid mistakes. I put the ignition battery in backwards, so it would not light initially; but worked great after flipping it so positive end went towards spring. Big Heavy Box... really grateful for Wal-Mart pick-up service!
