Pizza Pie

This pizza oven is sturdy and nice looking. It takes a few tries if you have never used one to get it down. I recommend buying a bag of pellets and a stainless steel pizza peel, and a propane torch for lighting. It takes the same pellets as any wood pellet bbq would take. No electricity needed. We used a propane torch to quickly light the tray of pellets to start the pizza oven. After about 10 min I added more pellets. Make sure you aren't smoking too much, you want a clean burn. Our first time using it we just used the premade pizza crust you can buy at Walmart in 3 packs for about 5$. They worked well and the pizza turned out great. I think I liked how the thin crust turned out better. It's a good oven at a great price for around 120$.

Has a learning curve but is a crowd pleaser. Once you know how to keep the inventory hot and make the pizzas it's great! Get a wooden or bamboo peal to put the pizza in and an aluminum for turning and removing. Flip your wooden or bamboo peal over and put your cooked pizza on it for serving/cutting.
