I was looking for a larger compost as in Seattle we are required to compost a lot of our items. I wanted a bin to fit in a particular small space, and this was the best option with being narrow and tall, and has a foot pedal. What would have made it better? A bit shorter in length, and maybe a single flap instead of 2. I wished it was a bit more square for my space. Lastly, please make compost bags that fit your larger bins! I've found some elsewhere, but would happily but the perfect size for this can if it was compostable.

We had an auto sensor lid garbage can, but our toddler played with the lid rendering it useless. We went with the traditional, non-battery operated Simple Human garbage can. It's a little pricey. It is engineered well, with the double lid opening and soft closure. The standard 13 gallon trash bags fit perfectly. So far, no fingerprints or other stains visible - we've had the can for about 3 weeks. I anticipate this can will last for decades.
